Guns R Us Return and Refund Policy

GUNS R US FIREARM RETURN & SALES POLICY

PLEASE INSPECT ALL FIREARMS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE TRANSFER.

At Guns R Us, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase while maintaining the highest standards of firearm safety, regulatory compliance, and responsible business practices.

FIREARM SALES — FINAL AFTER TRANSFER

ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE FIREARM HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE CUSTOMER.

Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the firearm before completing the ATF Form 4473 transfer and taking possession of the firearm.

Please inspect:

  • Overall condition and finish
  • Correct make, model, and caliber
  • Sights and optics-ready components
  • Magazine(s)
  • Case and included accessories
  • Visible damage or manufacturing defects
  • Any other items included by the manufacturer

Once the firearm has been transferred to the customer, Guns R Us cannot accept the firearm for a refund, return, or exchange simply because the customer changed their mind, purchased the wrong firearm, or is dissatisfied with the firearm.

A new firearm becomes a previously transferred firearm once ownership has been transferred, even if the firearm has never been fired.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED FIREARMS

If a firearm has an obvious defect, damage, incorrect model/caliber, or missing manufacturer-supplied components, the customer should notify a Guns R Us employee BEFORE completing the transfer.

If the firearm has not yet been transferred, Guns R Us will work with the customer to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement with the same firearm, when available;
  • Exchange for another firearm;
  • Manufacturer or distributor replacement; or
  • Refund, when appropriate.

Do not complete the transfer if you believe there is a problem with the firearm.

DEFECTS DISCOVERED AFTER TRANSFER

If a mechanical or manufacturing problem is discovered after the firearm has been transferred, the firearm will normally be covered by the firearm manufacturer's warranty.

Guns R Us will gladly assist customers with obtaining manufacturer contact information and, when appropriate, help facilitate the manufacturer's warranty or repair process.

However, manufacturer warranty decisions, repairs, replacements, and turnaround times are controlled by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed by Guns R Us.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Firearms specifically ordered for a customer may be subject to additional cancellation or restocking charges if the customer cancels the order before transfer.

Unless Guns R Us made an error with the order, canceled special-order firearms may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any non-refundable shipping, distributor, or processing charges incurred by Guns R Us.

ONLINE FIREARM ORDERS / FFL TRANSFERS

Customers receiving firearms ordered through Guns R Us should completely inspect the firearm before accepting the transfer.

Once the firearm has been transferred, the firearm sale is final and warranty-related concerns must generally be handled through the manufacturer.

FFL transfer fees, background-check-related fees, shipping charges, and other processing fees are non-refundable unless Guns R Us determines that the charge resulted directly from an error by Guns R Us.

USED FIREARMS

All used firearms are sold in the condition represented at the time of sale.

Customers should carefully inspect used firearms before completing the purchase and transfer.

Used firearm sales are final once transferred unless Guns R Us expressly provides a written warranty or return guarantee for that particular firearm.

AMMUNITION

ALL AMMUNITION AND AMMUNITION COMPONENT SALES ARE FINAL.

For safety and liability reasons, Guns R Us does not accept returns or exchanges of ammunition after it leaves the store.

Customers are responsible for verifying that they are purchasing the correct ammunition for their firearm.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Verify the firearm is the desired make, model, caliber, configuration, and condition;
  • Verify ammunition compatibility;
  • Inspect the firearm before completing the transfer;
  • Follow all manufacturer's instructions and safety requirements; and
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

MANAGEMENT DISCRETION

Guns R Us reserves the right to evaluate unusual circumstances individually.

Any exception to this policy must be approved by Guns R Us management and does not create an obligation to make the same exception on future transactions.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

INSPECT BEFORE YOU ACCEPT

ONCE A FIREARM IS TRANSFERRED TO YOU, THE SALE IS FINAL.

If you notice damage, the wrong firearm, missing items, or another problem, DO NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSFER.

Please ask a Guns R Us employee for assistance before completing your paperwork and taking possession of the firearm.
